Do you provide doorstep services?
Yes, we provide doorstep services like home immunization, delivery of medicines, blood collections, accompanying for radiological services, annual health checkups, Nursing procedures, etc.
Can you provide surgical wound dressings at home?
Our nurses can provide wound dressings at home, including dressings for bedsores, surgical wounds, abscesses and stumps, according to the care plan.
Can you provide sterile dressing packs and other materials?
Yes, we provide sterile dressing packs and other materials on request.
Do you give injections at home?
A nurse can provide prescribed IV or intramuscular injections at home with a doctor's written order.

How do you maintain the quality of care at home?
Quality of care given by the Caregivers in the home settings are monitored regularly by the Home Healthcare Nurse. Accurate records and care plans are maintained for each patient.

Can a staff nurse provide care at home?
Yes, we have registered and qualified nurses on board who are assigned to patients requiring high acuity care. They also provide door step nursing procedures like Injections, dressings, wound care, bedsore care, tracheostomy care etc.,
Will I have the same caregiver throughout my care?
The same caregiver will continue care for a month after which they will be rotated.
How do I give feedback about the care provider at home?
The Home Healthcare Nurse collects feedback from every patient when care is concluded. Patient family can also give feedback through google reviews.
